没办法，又要拉锯战了。最后还不知道能不能解冻。我气的无奈只能到ebay的论坛的board上找人诉苦。听了听大家都看法。
我问：Hi,my paypal account was limited so I cannot pay for the items.But I promised the sellers this Sunday.Can I remove this paypal account then add a new account for payment?
有人回答：sorry, I don't know how that works. If it's an inexpensive item, you might offer the seller a money order (but only for an inexpensive item, as there's no protection).

How is your account limited? For buying, or for selling, or altogether? Has your account been frozen because of a dispute?
Do you have a Personal account? Is it Confirmed and Verified? Doing those things will usually raise your buying limits if that is the problem.

第三人回答：- your sellers are in Italy? What country are you in? Paypal has different rules for some countries that are considered to be high-risk.
If you are in Europe, wire transfers are a common method of paying for things there. You could ask your sellers whether they will accept a wire transfer. American sellers would probably say no - wire transfers are rare and complicated here - but Europeans are very familiar with them.

在来人回答：oh, you are in China. That could be a big problem. Although eBay operates worldwide, it is not always easy or even possible for people in some countries to use it. You would be better off limiting your eBay use to eBay China, not buying from other international sites.
